Fuel Procurement Management Analyst (Gainesville, Georgia) needed at N Indigo Energy Partners to source fuel contracts from suppliers and evaluate price competitiveness against the market by analyzing historical data. Allocate and monitor contract volumes; Support various sales strategies including rack deals, day deals and fixed-pricing. Collaborate closely with Supply, Sales, and Dispatch to align product supply with market demands. Monitor inventory levels. Ensure Indigo Energy and suppliers adhere to contractual agreements and compliance standards. Manage supplier and vendor portals. Preparation and presentation of daily reports. Manage the DTN TABS Database for accurate allocation of product volumes. Oversee the consistent flow of cost and loading data. Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure smooth product loading and transportation. Evaluate new vendors’ capabilities. Collaborate with the account payable team to onboard new suppliers. Create the consolidation of data needed to submit RFPs (bids) both Government and Commercial; Create final analysis regarding bid submission. Control inventories in designated markets on specific supplier accounts and monitor said allocations. Forecast supply’s volume adjustments based on the sales team’s expectation. Utilize DTN ProphetX, DTN Tabs, DTN Fuel Buyer, ADD E3 to perform above duties. Requires bachelor’s degree in supply chain, economics or related field and 6 months experience as energy analyst in the fuel industry or related, using DTN Prophet X and DTN Fuel Buyer software.
